Moscow Metro Map is an interactive application for searching metro stations and building routes. The program supports manual or automatic selection of cities, a dark theme and increased detail schemes. The tool allows you to find the nearest subway, make a path with transfers and transitions.

Functions

Main features of the program:

Highlighting the sections of branches that are involved in the path. Alternatively, a list with the arrival time at each station is provided.
Request history. The application saves a list of compiled routes and search words.
Determination of the nearest station. Works when GPS is turned on.
Text search or manual selection of points on the map. With the help of scaling, you can examine branches, transitions and additional marks in detail.
Interesting facts about the subway. The information is taken from the open Internet encyclopedia Wikipedia.
Operation settings. It is allowed to automatically detect geolocation, move buttons to the right or left side of the interface, display zoom keys.
The "Share" function. The prepared plan can be forwarded to the interlocutor in a social network, messenger or sent by e-mail.

In addition to Moscow, the application contains major Russian cities (St. Petersburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk). Foreign megacities are represented: Kiev, Minsk, Barcelona, Baku and Prague.

Installing/updating the application

Download the installation file with the extension *.apk to the device. To update the application version, you need to install a new file without deleting the old one.
If there is a ban on installation from suspicious sites on the device, you should first remove the restriction.

If the application and cache are not downloaded

Reconnect to another Internet network.
See how much free space is available on the device. If there is a lack of memory, you should delete unnecessary files, transfer the content to another medium using Total Commander.

If the application is not installed

To fix a possible software failure, restart your phone or tablet.
Make sure that there is enough free space in the device's memory. If necessary, increase the unallocated space by transferring files and applications to the memory card using a file manager, for example, Total Commander.
Perform an antivirus scan using, for example, Dr.Web Light.
Remove the ban on installation from unknown sources.

If the cache is not installed

On the internal drive, go to /Android/obb/. Check the presence of a directory with a cache. If the folder is not found or the *.obb file is missing, reinstall the cache.
If an error appears when unpacking the archive, check the memory status. If there is no free space, you need to clear the device of unnecessary files by deleting or transferring content to another medium. In this case, you should use a file manager, for example, Total Commander.

Click the "Download" button located next to the application name.
Click on the desired file option and wait for the full download to the device.
